    I have had back problems for many years, and have tried several back braces, including one given to me by a Physical Therapist. All of them covered a large area, and all of them were not very effective. Then I tried a smaller area brace designed for the lower back, which is where my problem was. Wow, what a difference! That definitely was the one I needed! There are different kinds of back problems, so my “solution” may not be yours, but maybe keep it in mind

    Yoga! I started yoga during the pandemic (after years of repeated trips to the chiropractor), I haven’t looked back since. Probably the best thing I could have done for my back, and my entire body.
