    Millennials and Gen-X are passing on “advancing” to managerial and supervisory roles. Behavioral scientists haven’t determined if they are unmotivated, or just smarter than Boomers.

One day I woke up and panicked and changed in a hurry and even sent a message to my co-worker telling him that I might be late (meanwhile I was really thinking: you know what, maybe I should screw the day and call it off) – meanwhile, my co-worker replied back: It’s the weekend…

    It was her day off but she got called in to fill your slot. Works that way for salaried workers as they don’t get over time or extra pay.
