Beats being senseless.

When I’m zooming with my family’s weekly gathering, Tigger always walks across my lap and everyone awww’s and coos! LOL! They just want attention. ☺️☺️

One of the cat servants’ eternal questions! Another is: why do they always seem to decide it’s time to jump in my lap right as I’m preparing to get up and do something?

Ha! I wonder the same.

Well, they were once treated as Gods, so…

Of course I have the same problem. I think they recognize the little “box” pointed at them after awhile, and just like any kid, they bolt.

Everyone knows Cats will not be photographed. Read their contract.

Ha ha! So true! I’ve tried to film my mom’s cat when she’s doing a cute, little dance…she always stops, the second she sees me pull out my phone!

A trick I learned from my daughter, make a video and take as many screenshots as possible going back to the start and doing it again and again until you get the shot you want. I have some sweet photos of my grandbabies from doing it that way. They often run or turn away because of the flash, even when we remember to turn it off.

They’ve learned my mom’s First Law of Animal Training, “You’ve got to learn to think like they do.”

My husband once got a photo of all three of our cats lying together in a pool of sunlight. (Never happened before or since.) He was so excited, he called me at work.

And yet, when you need them not to walk through the Zoom call, there they are!
