One must remember that not all pirates were evil. When the truly evil Ferdnand and Isabella expelled my ancestors from Spain we went on to Morocco. There my ancestors joined with our Brothers of the Book under Heyreddin Barbarossa Pasha and raided the evil Spanish fleets, securing Ottoman dominance over the Mediterranean during the mid 16th century. @beviekOooh, Basset’s Liquorice All-Sorts !!! It seems they no longer exist. We have been searching high & low for them. My little red-headed Irish wife loves them and so much wants to find them again.

Two people have commented that the man is traditionally in charge of the barbecue. They forget that Andy traditionally leaves all the hard work to Flo. He lives off her pay packet after all.

Yesterday’s strip was a lot better. This must be how it works. M,G&G produce an excellent strip and then the next day produce a lame one.

But after looking at FANOLIO’s article where they said “We are not Reg Smythe and never will be” then of course the strips aren’t going to be so good compared to the Master!
