That is definitely a myth.

One was real and Andy buying one was myth

I would say the flat earthers are slightly more believable than that Andy one

The idea that the Moon Landings were faked is given a little credence by the fact that they happened under the Nixon Administration. Despite that, most of us still believe that they did happen.

A couple of 1960s conspiracy theories which amuse me are the theories that the Kennedy Assassination was faked and JFK was still alive and the theory that Paul McCartney had died and been replaced by a double. I wonder if any conspiracy theorist believed that Kennedy was alive AND that Paul McCartney was dead?

The one thing conspiracy theorists and Andy have in common is that they are seeking attention.

The next time somebody lands on the moon, he will have to bring a 2000-foot flag, and spread it out where we can see it. Problem solved!

I thought he did after winning at the track once.

You got to keep your conspiracy theories plausible.

I think the gag would have worked better if the first panel had “The moon landings were fake” followed by the punch line “Andy bought a round once”.

In Andy defense, he’s not cheap, he just always broke.

It would have been funnier if the 2nd and 3rd balloons were switched.

Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson still being alive, Microchipped COVID vaccines etc.

The human race has no chance.

One conspiracy that really bugs me is the one that says vaccines cause autism. Even if that were true (which it isn’t) would it really be so bad? There are are a lot worse things than being autistic. Too bad there isn’t a vaccine for bigotry.

Better pack it in Andy, and head for the next Pub. Your glass is empty and there’s no hope that it will be filled.
