Arlo, she’s into the boat…..I’d take that and run…..But, I do understand that if you lose a tiny screw on a sailboat, that mostly would cost you probably 3 cents in a hardware store, will cost you 10 dollars if it’s for your boat…….
Two people asked me yesterday about the time share, and the answer is YES to both of you. When we got rid of it, we were paying about $1,600 a year in maintenance fees, and we ended up giving it away, just to get out from under.
The boat is near the kids? Aren’t the kids kind of far away? Why would anyone own a boat that was not close by?? They are paying for a marina rental, that is not cheap and they don’t even use the boat.
Look at Arlo’s face — in panel one he sees a chance to work on the boat. By panel four he knows it’s going to be all household chores just like at home.
