    Yeah, where did she lose them? On her walks? Gardening? Doing household chores?

    Wait! That’s not what Arlo is asking, is it?

    This must make me look pretty dumb (stupid}

    They’re entering the phase of life where ‘weight shifts’ are the norm, ie: less muscle, more fat and hair growing/disappearing in sundry body spaces.

    Seven pounds in 11 days and all I’m doing is writing down everything I eat. My real goal though is to get my waist under 36 inches.

    Where did she lose them on her body — that’s the $64,000 question.

    I wonder what weight level she is aiming for? The next question what is the ratio of pounds lost vs pounds gained?

    After optimum age is past for reproduction the degeneration begins (usually) and differs from one person to another. Janice looks really good. Though for her she will never look as good as her pictured ideal.

    How do you make 5 pounds of ugly fat beautiful? Answer: Put a nipple on it.

    Maybe the fat just popped out of her in the middle of the night and walked off.

    I think they underestimated how many people would have zero problem knowing that’s how the pill worked.

    …don’t lose too much, Janis; my mom is 86 and is rail-thin. If she gets ill, there is nothing to fall back on – she’ll just waste away to nothing :(…

    In other words, she lost them in the wrong place.

    I am back to high school weight (well, 3 pounds less this week than same). It is not that great a thing – I was fat in high school so I am still fat. Just 77 pounds less than I was at my heaviest.

    But I am very small framed – I am 5’1". I am actually worried as my arms bones have no padding around them that I will fall a break an arm. (Put your first finger and thumb around your other wrist – do they meet? Mine do. Even at my heaviest I could wear a child’s slip on bracelet – amazed my 5 year old niece that I could do that. Legs are only a bit more padded. Trunk though, is still well padded.

    She doesn’t know, otherwise they would be found not lost.

    One can lose 2.5 pounds easily in less than one day. I used to lose 7 pounds in a span of about 6 to 7 hours when I was racing.
