When we go out to eat we are asked “how was your experience at _____ was?” I think it’s the GPS on the phone? I just ignore it. Look something up on the internet, then later go to FB . get all adds from what you looked up or watched on You tube.
this is why I have a junk pc, with a voip phone #, and numerous bogus emails. If the grocery store wants my number for their discount card no problem. you want to send me thousands of emails again no problems. Just once every few months delete all the garbage.
My issue is that it appears we’re being constantly interrupted by, or fighting with, technology. And I’m a technologist. Plus, most people have no clue … wait a second, somebody’s texting me.
Well, if I am still watching the movie, I don’t want to be interrupted. If I turned it off, I really didn’t like it. But I turn off notifications for most things anyway.

That may not be possible. I’m in the intermission of The Tomorrow War, and it’s painful.
