Do people REALLY fight over who’s going to change a toilet paper roll???? This as stupid and pointless as whether the toilet paper should come from over or under. . .or where to squeeze the toothpaste tube. . .yet these are things that cause divorces. Geezus. . .

I lived in an old apartment where the holder was installed quite high – the owner didn’t want to damage the wainscotting – and the toilet was rather close to the wall. TP had to be installed with the free end close to the wall. In my parents’ house the holder was on the wall opposite the toilet, so it had to have the free end out front or us kids could never have reached it. Location, location, location, as they say.

That’s not proven science, Aunty. For the safety of others only an expert such as you should do it.

So what caused your brain damage?

It must require a degree in engineering since only two people where I work can change the roll. Two TP holders on the wall with empty tubes on them, one roll of TP on the back of the toilet, and another on the floor.

I have tried and tried to get my toy poodle the change the roll without success. I even offered to put up a ladder but he just rolls his eyes and licks himself………
