People who don’t get sarcasm are so much fun./s

Oh, I see a lot of that going on with GoComics comments. On just about every comic!

Ha. Big deal. That happens to me almost every day on the comment boards.

I am amazed at how much people will accept as truth even when you present it as sarcasm.

If you can’t stand the heat, old girl, keep out of the kitchen.

Stupid is as stupid does.

Sarchasm. The crevasse of non understanding of any sarcasm offered.

There does seem to be a class of people that sarcasm escapes them, and then, there are those that must correct every little mistake even when the comment is clear. Amazing how comic strips can be so difficult for some people.

Were they being catty, Aunty? ㋡

Sarcasm works only if the reader knows your real opinion.

I worked in a office that was culturally mixed. Sarcasm does not work between a lot of people. I have heard complaints ranging from Rude, Vulgar, Mean and just plain stupid.

Is that what we’re doing with our comments?
