I wonder what she meant by that. In my case I thought of all the times I’ve overeaten at a buffet and felt really lousy later on but I’ve done it again.

Around the time of Christ Jesus, Roman wealthy enjoyed their fine foods so much that they would gorge themselves until they puked. Then the gluttons gorged more and more while puking again and again cycles. No wonder the Bible says Gluttony is the sin of overindulgence and excessive greed for food or drink.
