That is a good question about the bed… all I can assume is, since they are in the same order as when they fell asleep on the window ledge, it plays into that… like “Santa” moved them to bed when he came back to get the presents or something…?

Why were they sharing a bed? I’ve read this storyline maybe ten times, love it, but I still don’t get that part.
