Wouldn’t the bathrobe and underwear make her a little extra heavy?

Even losing one pound is enough to make an adult say “thank goodness for small victories”.;-D

I think that putting just one foot on the scale just might be considered cheating.

There would never be a reason for me to “hug” my scale. I would, however, be a bit happier all day if I lost a pound.

Stress can have that affect on some people, and Lord knows Zoe and Hammie provide plenty of that.

A pound is a lot, some will not think so. For me a struggle most would starve the way I eat, small portions, it has taken ten years for 15 pounds off, yet more to go maybe 60 pounds, little thyroid and slow metabolism. I am careful with food as not my friend. I think in 3 months if works well 3 pounds down. I find out Thursday medical results on lab. Plus harder as today hubby and I celebrate 41 years of marriage, going out to eat, that is hard for trying for weight loss.

This is why I need a scale! I’ve DEFINITELY lost weight, but I can never be sure.

I’m concerned about every ounce. I don’t wear anything when I step on the scale in the morning. I know, AVERT YOUR EYES!

I seem to be stuck at 155lbs. For almost 60, I guess that’s good for a man. I was 150 senior year of high school, went up to 180 one year in college, back down when I joined the workforce. Down to 130 when on chemo in the late 90’s.

Still got type two diabetes though – I guess it’s more genes than diet for me.
