Man: I've got white smoke coming out of my car. Baldo: well, it might be vapor caused by condensation, and that's normal....or it could be coolant in your combustion chamber, and that can be terrible news. Man: Hmmm. What product do you recommend to make sure it's only vapor??

If only vapor (which is normal), I think it should be left alone. I don’t know much about auto mechanics, but that’s the right answer, right?

It all depends upon where it coming out of the car. Smoke, white or otherwise, from under the dash is not a good thing.

If its coming out of the driver, it’s really bad. And the car willbe worth lots less at time of trade in.

If coolant is being burned, it smells like burnt sugar. Steam does not smell

A bad head gasket will put coolant in the oil, which causes a scuddy foam in the oil. Can’t miss it. Just pull out the dipstick. Sadly, I speak from experience.
