We’ve had nearly that sort of humidity around here for about a week with only a few sprinkles of rain. It’s only about 92% at the moment! I heard thunder last night but we didn’t get any rain.

    The “air” was super-supersaturated.

I can tell how humid it is just by looking out the window, if there are a lot of clouds below me in the Valley’s then its going to be a humid day, looking out over the Valleys below me right now it’s perfectly clear, I can see all the ridgelines perfectly.

It is taken for granted that certain reptile species are slow to react to temp changes, but this would make the Guinness Book.

Bird is never around when you need him … tortoise does walk like a camel and keeping your head gyros aligned must be tough for a bird brain.

I was walking down the street in Morro Bay one day, when I looked up to see a clownfish swishing its tail twenty feet overhead. I had not taken those kinds of drugs in a long time but soon realized it was a helium-inflated tail-swish-powered clownfish toy.

This is an indoor toy. It had gotten away from a party down the street. Tail-swishing is no match for offshore winds. I watched it carred away over the foothills.

So glad to see John recovered from Thursday’s comic. The Count was really worried there for awhile.

Seems like the panels are in the wrong order. Shouldn’t the realization asterisk above the turtle have appeared after the fish panel and just before the final panel?
