Is she passive-aggressive? Is this a micro-aggression? Is he silent becuz heās triggered by her behaviour? (Where did that āuā come from? Am I turning British?)
At least once a day, my son comes home from his walk with our dog with a story about someone he met on the way. They ask the dogās name, his breed, his age, and always want to pet or play with him. If someone comes into our house, Finn gets aggressive, but heās a little angel with strangers he meets when heās out.
He should do the same thing to the woman without her permission. Perhaps she would learn a valuable lesson about not touching or petting other people pets without permission.
