Actually, there was a very nice little Tapas joint in Dublin. Don’t know if they’re still there. They served other Spanish dishes, but were popular for the Tapas.
When tapas first became a thing, I thought it might be something fancy. Then I found out it’s just the Spanish word for appetizer and you can make them out of anything edible.
