JUKEOFURL I don’t know if City Hall could spell DUNKOCRAT. I once ended up a member of the “Librarian Party”. In my blue city, nobody gets registered to the “R” Party.
As your Dunkocrat candidate, I offers dozens of solutions.
Interesting how some humans here seem bent on proving Cliff’s point. Maybe Cliff is smarter than we think he is (it may be that he’s simply in the wrong profession).
Repeat of yesterday in hopes the receipient won’t miss it…
runar, you’re right of course, and I thought of saying so, but in loose terms it works. Both republics and true democracies vote their people into office and both have the fundamental problems that arise from doing so.
The problem with American Democracy is that the two major parties suppress all the smaller parties. You know, the ones that have ideas that would actually improve the country. The two-party system has proven itself to be an abject failure.
If you think that two-party paralysis is bad, wait until you look at multi-party paralysis - which is what practically everyone else has. They haven’t fared any better and in some cases have fared worse.
“The ones that have ideas that would actually improve the country” sensibly stay out of politics altogether.
If you think the two-party system is bad, wait until you get the one-party system. Whoever is up there in Washington, remember WE put them there. I’m afraid the government is US.

A bit too simplistic. Cliff really just wants to eat them…

I think I see some holes in Cliff’s solution.

Their problem is that they reach intelligence, someone going have to pay for not eating their doughnuts and letting them gain sentience.

We actually have quite a civil discourse these days. You folks shouldn’t complain.
Remember, it wasn’t that long ago they’d have political disagreement then go out and have a duel with swords or pistols.

Cliff’s new inspirational book for the Donut People demonstrates his commitment to help them achieve their social goals: “To Serve Donuts”
