The AMA does not recommend this exercise program. It is deemed detrimental to one’s health. Do not try this at home. Unless your a cartoon Character, then this is expected of you.

Well, that will hurt Brewster’s fists, but not his head.

Unfortunately, our Brewster is willing to take the no pain, no gain rule a bit too far. Maybe after the concussion, he’ll stop.

Dirk would make a good trainer. He has to keep slim to fit in that armor and he’s a sadist.
