Todays cartoon is just out of this world " precious " , the expressions on Paul and Buckles are just that " precious " : ) especially the second panel the way that David drew the two of them is just so lovable that it is hard not to just love them even more : )

It looks even more hideous when it’s put back together like that so I don’t blame Buckles for freaking out.

Don’t worry, the thousands for therapy will make up for it.

My dogs get most attached to their toys the more demolished they get. It means they play with them more than the others. From my last dog, one of her favorite toys was eventually only a piece of felt, and she still loved it when she died. My current dog has a favorite toy with the entire head missing. It’s still a favorite and no matter how bad it gets, unless it becomes dangerous, I won’t take it away. Buckles does not, however, find this blow-up thing to be his favorite toy. Toss it. Let him spend some bonding time with Rusty.

My beagle has once again left a stuffed toy on her placemat where I feed her. I consider them to be dinner requests. Once she left a chicken, once a egg-shaped toy. I don’t know how to handle the current one. It’s a unicorn toy. Maybe unicorns taste like chicken and I can fool her? She will leave the request for a while, and then removes it herself. I never see her do either thing.
