I have never seen Calvin look so frightened.

I think Calvin would have gotten of just a little easier if he had just said, “I was trying to fix the faucet because it was dripping.”

Well Calvin tried again…and of course failed.

I never understood why Calvin didn’t just tell them the truth here and say that he was trying to surprise them by fixing the leaking faucet for them himself. I’m sure they wouldn’t have punished him too severely and appreciate the effort somewhat.

Irrespective of the current political climate, sometimes you need to tell the truth.

Dad, I thought I would fix that annoying link in the sink so we could stop wasting water.

You all know Hobbs is a stuffed toy and Calvin is a naughty six year old… Dad should realise if he learns to lie more convincingly he will grow up to be president.

There goes Calvin’s car for college; in the ‘real’ world, a complete bathroom redo, from the studs out, will cost his parents upwards of $20,000…more, probably, if the rest of the house were affected. Luckily, though, they’re all cartoon characters so all it takes is to lower the water to floor level & erase the water droplets…

And the hole Calvin’s digging just keeps getting deeper…Lol

Makes sense to me, Pluto is a cartoon planet.
