Sorry Calvin I know a lot of people like you and it’s best to leave them alone until they get over whatever made them so mad. I get this way myself now and then and it’s best to just leave me alone. Maybe a hug from Hobbes would make you feel better.

this was kind of my mood last night in the grocery store as people seemed to stop and dawdle in the middle of isles on purpose-blocking them instead of getting out of the way.

When i start thinking of them as extras in a Tennyson poem you know I’m getting stressed.

Would take a lot of cookies and milk to ease his angst

One tickle from Mom can turn that frown upside down, until then, keep away from sharp objects.

The irony is that he asks “somebody” to cheer him up when he pushes people away from him.

If people are “scum”, why would Calvin want them to cheer him up? I mean, so MANY other mammals, not to mention reptiles, amphibians, fish, birds, plants………

Where’s your tiger? Doesn’t he often cheer you up?

I get in such a bad mood sometimes I don’t even like my own company!
