Oh jeez, I hope not. Sometimes litigation is helpful, but just because your jeans are too tight and make you look silly is not a reason to sue. (and he looks pretty funny in them hahaha!)

I’m sure I saw Irving on the street just the other day. He was wearing that outfit. It would scare kids and dogs to see him coming.

Who is he going to sue? The fast food companies for making him fat? The electronic companies for giving him something more fun to do than exercise? The store clerk for letting him purchase a style of jeans that will obviously not fit him? Surely not the jeans manufacturers for making so many sizes and styles that you have to try them on to make sure they fit! Yup, blame someone else when it is really your own fault. Seems way to many people want to do this these days.
Have a great Friday eve today – but try on those clothes before you buy them. It is much simpler (unless it is your wife that buys them and brings them home for you to try on)

And THIS is why he should have listened to Cathy and tried them on before he bought them. What little time he would have spent doing that in no way compares to the time that will now be wasted driving all the way back to the Mall in order to exchange them for the correct size he needs now as opposed to the size he wore ten — or even five — years ago. Meanwhile, if he’s looking for someone to blame for his pants no longer fitting the size he used to be, then maybe he should try looking in the mirror because the only one really responsible for all the weight he’s gained is HIMSELF and no one else.
