    Don’t be so hard on yourself! You’re outside, you’re moving, your dog is happy… just tell yourself, “you’re doing great” and keep going forward. (rgcviper, did you see that Electra did an eye roll just for you? ;-))

    I use to run a lot but only to get someplace. When I got older, the only incentive for a long walk is a bakery at the other end. It would sure be easier to exercise strenously if there were an “inclined plane” instead of a “wall”. :)

    She says that today – but will she even run tomorrow? I think maybe not.

    No exercise for me today – yesterday’s chemo light hit me heavy today. Slept most of the day which is helping. I was supposed to be at the theatre today but no way that is going to happen. Ah well, a day of rest is a good thing.
