The filet is good today.” “Wow,” thought the guest, “must be good.” He read the menu and soon a waiter appeared ready to take his order, “What are these?” he asked pointing to a dish on the menu, “Those are what Americans call Rocky Mountain Oysters. Served in a sauce of Chef’s creation with our award winning saffron rice, Señor will love it.” And sure enough, the tourist loved it. He returned later that week and ordered the same dish. "Hey, these are smaller, " he told the waiter. “Señor, sometimes the bull wins.”
