Babar, Buni, or Cartoon-Boy? Babar is undernourished and hallucinatory. Buni is full of phony swagger and bravado; how’d he handle a face-to-face with Stephan? I’m going with the Pun King, at least until Halloween….
“We are the men of Texaco….We work from Maine to Mexico…..There’s nothing like…..This Texaco of ours”………1950 Men of Texaco on youtube for entire intro to Uncle Miltie for all you oldsters. (Not one myself). Also Sidney Spritzer, Henny Youngman, and Statler and Waldorf from the Muppets heckling Uncle Miltie from the balcony box. What TV comedy used to be like. Thanks, Teresa.
