Those were likely the three most colorful customers (pun not intended) that he had all day. Imagine the others.

Well, Pam did not kill him, he should be grateful for every minute alive.

Pam said it did not work…this is proof by observing. The fire thing could be abit harder to return. . the employee(surely he has a name) is a patient soul. Makes you wonder what he does to blow off steam.

..not knowing how a thing works is a semi-legitimate claim…it’s just like not getting the thing to work…isn’t it?…
