I’ll be embedding this image in many of my forum posts on various message boards around the Internet.

I had heel fissures, but my friend who’s into metalworking let me use her rotary grinding tool to sand them right off. True story. The process created great dead skin clouds as the calluses were ground right off of my heels.

This was much better and faster than having it done at a pedicure shop, plus you don’t risk getting hepatitis from a mani-pedi place that doesn’t practice proper sanitation.

You have to be careful, though, as electric, rotary grinding tools designed for metalworking spin at very high speeds and become very hot very fast. It’s easy to burn your flesh if you’re not paying attention.
