Rip: Wait a minute! This smells like a skull psy-op! TNT: So everything since August 6th was a torturous dream? The rogue Amish - Vile Smith - the Sasquatch attack - the death of Linc Lawson! None of it happened? Rip: Little did they know my brain fists were just as hard as my hand ones! Where'd you get the margarita? TNT: I never saw "inception." Is this against the rules?

I’m glad Dan told us where the break started; I spent a while yesterday trying to find where the dream sequence started. Dan, you’re a mad genius.

Ok, let’s start reconnect the dots …So we left Rip going to save Cobra from Operation Cobra Carson. And then as soon as he reappeared with white hair, now we know that it was a red herring. So, he was captured and tortured since then. And so it was TNT. But what about Cobra ? She was with him on the plane.
Mhhh … food for thoughts …

The previous day’s strip suggested that Skull was trying to torture Cobra’s whereabouts out of Rip. Thus it seems like Cobra is still at large.

Has anyone else noticed that TNT is looking more (dare I say it!) yellow this week?

I may have mentioned this before but maybe Dan is doing an homage to classic movies. I’m thinking “36 Hours”, a great WW2 flick starring James Garner as an American military officer captured by Germans and made to think the war is over.
Most people my age remember a version of it made as a 3-part episode of “GI Joe” with Shipwreck as James Garner’s character.

For the last couple of weeks, I’ve been crazy busy with my daughter’s Sweet Sixteen hoopla (parties from two different relatives!) and catching up on my writing, so I’m thrilled and relieved to be back in the swing of RIP HAYWIRE things! Dan, much as I’m enjoying myself, I’m happy to catch up, apparently in time for Christmas, unless you’ve got yet another insane plan waiting to HUGPOUNCEZZZ upon us! :-)
