There will be no plotting or scheming in the Duke household, unless its Duke doing it !

Crony: “Shall I kill him?” Trff: “Not yet.”

To his peril, Trff forgets who’s boss, who extracted him from Berzerkistan.

Duke really needs to take a page from the Democrats playbook, turn a blind eye till the stuff hits the fan then blame the Republicans.

woa! a history of CIA on the comics? gee that is deep. lol. wonder if GT knew this would happen. lol after all being liberal exposes the truth to the light of day.

i kind of feel sorry for the stupidity/trolls of the Right. helps remind me of their innate stupidity/Faith Based Fantasy. truth is such a grounding experience.

i wonder how many people knew much less care what the US Gov does vs the rest of the Empire/World. Do they really care until their “world” is touched. i think not.

Near the end of his life, Harry Truman wrote an op-ed for the Washington Postt in which he said he created the CIA strictly as an intelligence-gathering agency, not a “black ops” agency. He goes on to say, “I never had any thought that when I set up the CIA that it would be injected into peacetime cloak and dagger operations” and recommends strongly that the agency be returned to its original function. Of course, nobody listened to him.

It’s references like this that make me wish GoComics had a “like” option on their comments.

I just hope that General Eyechart ends up like Gaddafi.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>A worse fate has befallen him. He wound up as a bartender in a DC watering hole. Nothing like getting a belt in the Beltway and being served by an arrogant ex-dictator.

GT likes using straw men in order to make the apartheidists look like angels by comparison. In actuality, it’s the apartheidists who plot against the USA. It’s the apartheidists who carry two passports and who work from inside

Just saw on Huffpo that although former Senator Bob Dole, who has been recently hospitalized and now is 89 years old, visited the Senate floor in a wheelchair to lobby for the Veterans Disability Treaty, the GOP voted it down! Wow. Just wow.

    RALPH NADER YESTERDAY:

“On military and foreign policy, [Obama]‘s worse [than George W. Bush]. He’s worse in a sense that he’s more aggressive, more illegal worldwide. He [Obama] has basically stated . . . that he has the authority to kill an American citizen anywhere in the world if he suspects them of trouble.”

Much thanks to Puddleglum for the link on Truman’s regrets; there (after a bit of trimming the URL to its base) are excerpts of Prouty’s and Garrison’s books. Now I’ve got lots of history to dig out and reexamine! Ike’s MICC has been busy…

Another reform that is needed in the Senate is to get rid of the supermajority needed to vote on so many things. This has not always and forever been the case. Filibuster reform is also needed. This supermajority thing is big too. Only 61 senators voted for the Disabled Veterans Treaty. Should not have been a partisan issue. Shameful.

Can’t pass a treaty in the senate with 60 votes. Treaties require 66 votes. 38 GOP voted against the Disabled Veterans Treaty.

montessoriteacher — the opposite of a troll

I want to thank you for being such a good sport. While we don’t always agree, I think that you also seem to be honest, passionate, informed, etc., to an uncommon degree. Like the opposite of a troll.
