I once made a bunch of cookies and decorated them to look like different white blood cells.

NOpe, no need for all that extra flour, which just forms gluten strands that makes your cookies tough. Roll out the dough between two layers of parchment paper and chill well. Then you can cut out your cookies and re-roll with less toughness.

Actually, the plural of “amoeba” is “amoebae,” but the dictionary says that “amoebas” is an acceptable alternative.
