Most people are not this crazy. Most people have perfectly normal relationships where they do things that both want to do and they agree on what is expected. Most logical people realize that Cathy and Irving do not have a normal relationship and would not base their life decisions on it or any other comic. And I’m sure the dogs will be thrilled with a treat, no matter who gave it to them. eye roll
Hello Cathy clan! Happy Wednesday! Have a great day!
I hate Valentine’s Day, and I’m in a relationship. We’ll probably go out to dinner this weekend and that’s probably it. I’ve never been one to make a big deal about this Hallmark holiday. I do send out Valentine’s Day cards to friends and family, because I want everyone to know that they are loved.
1) If someone is a big romantic who values special occasions, don’t expect that to change with marriage (and vice versa)2) If someone is a nutcase before you marry them, you better love nuts.
We give our dog toys and treats for her birthday and Christmas because those are very special occasions. But Valentine’s Day? That’s ridiculous! My husband and I don’t even buy gifts for each other for that “holiday” so I can’t imagine buying something for our dog (and her “buying” something for us) for that day either. Oh, that Cathy! Just when you think our favorite little whack-a-doodle couldn’t possibly get any nuttier than she already is, she manages to dig a little deeper and finds more crazy somewhere else! ;-)

IRVING HAS TO BE AN IDIOT IF HE DOESN’T REALIZE THIS ALREADY. BUT THEN, HE IS AN IDIOT.

AACK—I think my head just exploded. Valentines’ Day is nice, though when taken to this level of “eye-rolling-ness” …
HI, MOM. You beat me to today’s reference to a Whack-A-Doodle. [Smile] Hello, Clan.
