Which is better, eating wrong right or eating right wrong?
My “comfort food” is plain spaghetti with butter, Parmesan, and salt. My husband’s is grilled cheese sandwiches.
Her comfort is to eat the wrong food. His comfort is to rub eating the right food in her face.
ANY food would be a comfort food if I am feeling down. For stress, it’s a TUMS.
A big soup spoon of peanut butter.
Well I can see both their points. I go straight to the peanut butter. On a good day it is on a sandwich. On a bad day it’s straight out of the jar. Sometimes I leave finger marks on particularly bad days.
My hubby eats cold pizza and chips when stressed. When I’m stressed, I can’t make myself eat anything but sweets.
Hey—if it makes you feel good, who’s to judge an occasional chow-down (or the exact contents)?
