“Mature? Financially responsible?” Who is Cathy describing?

I wear silly socks and almost no one sees them, until I sit down. And then it is something interesting to look at. Love fun socks!

Wearing fun socks can lighten the day. So can lovely, secret, under dainties.

Socks and boots don’t go together. The socks end up under the feet as the day goes by.

If I am wearing boots it is because it is really cold outside. Socks are necessary as they provide another layer of insulation.

Ah, Friday eve again. Another week gone by in a blur. Have a good day today.

Enough with the boots

Are these boots separate or in addition to the $145.00 ones she fell in love with on Sunday, 11/8 as well as the $350.00 ones from Monday, 11/9? Because if she’s looking to buy all three pairs, then we’re talking about $680.00 here (not including tax).

The words “mature, financially responsible woman” aren’t exactly the ones I’d use to de-scribe our dear little Cathy. She’s more like a 3-year-old child that wants every single “shiny” object she sees and it doesn’t matter how much it costs. That part is completely immaterial. The only thing that DOES matter is that she WANTS “it” and she wants it NOW. Everything else is just details that she may (but probably won’t) worry about later.

Meanwhile, I wonder how Irving feels about her shopping addiction? After all, he’s her hus-band and unless they’ve got their own separate bank accounts when it comes to “fun” money, then it’s just as much his money she’s spending on clothes, shoes and boots as it is hers ….. and the same goes for him when he goes shopping for the newest, latest, greatest tech “toys” that he’d like to have simply because all of his friends do! ;-)

I have skinny legs so I don’t need boots to do that for me…I just need them to keep my feet and legs warm. Uggs work great.
