Can you imagine these people if there were children in the family to spoil? Would they grow up to be grateful, or to feel entitled?

Coincidentally Lil got a camera (small) for Christmas and the first picture she took was of the cat. I’ve got to admit that I’ve got lots of pictures of the cat too, so I totally understand.
Merry Christmas to everyone who celebrates! Happy Friday to all!

I took WAY more pictures of my dog over the years from 2002 until 2019 — especially at Christmastime — than I took of anyone else for any other occasion. And why not? She was my “baby” and just the cutest, most adorable, little thing in the whole world! As a matter of fact, she was so used to me doing it that every time she saw me with a camera in my hand pointing it at her, she’d sit (or lay) as still as a statue until I was done taking it (except at Christmas, because she was just too excited). She may not have understood what it was I was doing, but she knew exactly what I wanted her to do while I was doing it. She was SUCH a good little girl and I miss her more than anything! U●ᴥ●U

Yup—digital cameras were big just a few years ago, or so it seems. I still use mine from time to time, though I admit I take more photos using my phone for convenience. Plus, I couldn’t tell you where the charging cable for my camera is …

I’ve got elderly (19 and 18 year old) cats and I’m taking every cute pic I can while they are still healthy because I know they won’t be around too much longer. I only wish I had had a video camera when they were kittens because it was so interesting watching the mother teach her kittens how to be cats….she really did.
