There is a fine balance between spending some money on yourself vs overspending vs being happy with how you look. It’s up to each of us to figure out where that optimal place is.

Today’s strip illustrates the high cost of most ‘beauty’ products. Very happy I do not need to use them – mostly because this is the way I look, if you don’t like it, don’t look.

Happy ‘Monday’ today – even if it is Tuesday. A holiday Monday does that to me.

If you’ve gotten into microdermabrasion of your 401(k) for beauty products, you are in dangerous territory indeed. Even the line of credit is a bad idea for products that won’t last.
