Irving: In this exercise, I listen to a set of instructions, then follow them in order by clicking and moving the requested objects! With each new level of complexity, I'm actually building brain synapses! After a day of practice, I can already remember a mind-boggling list of tasks! Cathy: Great. Put your dirty cup in the dishwasher when you're done, ok? Irving: Huh?

Sounds about right, my son does the same thing when I try to remind him.

Soooo, memory and comprehension are not mutually exclusive but not necessarily inclusive either.

Sounds familiar. Many people can do complex tasks, have the ability to send people to Mars, yet will forget to do ordinary things, like pay bills. Not saying that Irving is a aerospace engineer or anything though…
Hello Cathy friends! Happy Wednesday! Have a great day, all!

I can remember a mind-boggling list of tasks too – the ones I was supposed to do last week and last month. The tasks for today however . . . Oh, I do put my dirty dishes in the dishwasher as that is one of the tasks I can remember to do. Easy to remember actually, since we were married several decades ago the rule is – whoever cooks does not do the dishes and I don’t get to cook very often. I look forward to BBQ season as that counts as cooking.
Beautiful Wednesday today – if you like a light rain. I hope your day is sunny.

Looks like Irving’s memory is as selective as mine tends to be. Oops …
