I’m going to go and eat a bowl of Grape Nuts for a late breakfast. Lunch will take care of itself at the proper time. I can’t deal with the crazy ladies on an empty stomach.

That’s a lot of “ifs”. None of that could happen, or all of it could happen, or the bride and groom could decide to run off to Vegas to get married by Elvis and cancel the wedding. Honestly I think she just wanted an excuse to not join Cathy and go back to eating her burger and fries.

That is going to great lengths as an excuse not to join Cathy. I suspect she does not want to give up her hamburger and fries.

When I started at WW, it was the week before Memorial Day and I was worried that I would blow the whole thing in one day…it was reassuring to hear different ways that I could enjoy myself on the holiday and not jeopardize any weight loss I had managed to do. It worked out great for me.
