Just nothing to say …

I had a trophy swimsuit one summer. Bought it early at Rosenbaum’s, my favorite high end clothing store when I was working, and not married. It was one size too small. It decorated the outside of my closet door until I starved myself into it. It was a modest two piece, a lovely bright green with white and pink polka-dots and had a matching, long sleeve blouse cover up. The suit was too faded from use to wear again the next year.

That poor child is in denial.

Never go to the beach with an invisible friend who is skinnier than you are. :)

A “Trophy Swimsuit”?!? She put us through three long, B-O-R-I-N-G weeks of the same old thing, day after day, for a “Trophy Swimsuit” that she spent an absolute fortune on JUST so that she could hang it on her arm (rather than actually wear it) at the pool?!?

Well, she’s absolutely right about one thing she said: she’ll definitely “turn heads” when she “makes her entrance” with it, all right ….. because that’s a special kind of bat-crap-craziness that would be impossible for anyone there NOT to notice!
