For me, a pedicure will solve that problem, and it’s much cheaper. I’m very thankful for online shopping, so I don’t have to mess with crowds anymore. I remember the days of pushing through crowds, waiting in lines, hoping I’d quickly find a good gift. And, unless it’s in my imagination, I still think that people were more civilized back then.
Hello Cathy friends! Happy Thursday! Have a great day, all!
Self-service today is a lot more comfortable but a lot less satisfying. Now a days it’s not a choice but a requirement. I haven’t figured out McDonalds yet so I just grab a sandwich at the gas station, after I pump my own gas.
Long time ago – like many decades ago – I did my Christmas shopping the last day the stores were opened. Not as many choices left on the shelves and shorter lines. Now I get shopping done by the middle of November – and yes, mostly online. As much as I want to support local businesses there are just not any that carry what I want to buy and I don’t consider WalMart or Canadian Tire as local businesses.
Have a great weekend. I should be back home for a while on Sunday. ‘See’ you then.

Of course, one pair of truly comfortable, well-fitting shoes would make the whole experience more humane.

Hey—we all have our holiday dreams. Maybe most don’t end up in the shoe department, but ya gotta strive for something, right?
