When an “A” student makes an “A”, it’s no big deal. When a “D minus” student makes an “A”, there darn well SHOULD be a parade. Way to go, Calvin! They should name that street after you!

Reminds me of “A Christmas Story” when Ralphie dreams of getting accolades for his essay on what he wants for Christmas. Then he gets a C+. C+??

@Hobbes, I don’t know if anyone’s said it for a while, but I just love your bonus “variations on a theme” comics that you post in here daily. How do you keep finding them all?

I’ve been searching for a visual for those REALLY annoying grandstanders in football who are paid gigantic salaries and still prance like pathetic kindergarteners when they do their job right. Now I’ve got it. Thank you, Calvin.
