One other thing…There seemed to be several (at least 4) comments about trolls or troll-baiting yesterday apparently aimed at SDM. I only saw one rather harmless comment by him the whole day. What’s the problem?I think that posters such as andrew2011 (unless I’m completely missing the message there!) & Helloi’mjohnnycat are far worse. At least StillDaMan keeps things interesting. I actually missed both him & Otto Baron when they exited a while back. Glad they’ve returned.
Good morning, VB, coldsooner and all!Gosh… I’m still not sure if he’s a bad guy or a good guy. If he did it, you’d think those skeletons in the mausoleum would still be damp. rimshot!Baux wouldn’t have been in the camp… would he?
Gweedo, I met this actress (Grace Lee Whitney who played Yeoman Janice Rand) at a Sci-Fi convention several years ago. She’s got an interesting life-story.
I notice Toad’s jacket is a bit threadbare today. Hopefully that satisfies the person who felt she was too well-dressed. One does wonder, though, what happened to her other jacket and why she isn’t wearing something that closes up in front in the snowy cold weather.
Nice recap strip today, setting everything in place, plus the unsettling scene as Sweatbox checks out Toad…We’ve got a really whodunit going.(I’m wondering what George knows. Remember how shaken he was when he got that phone call about the camp? He may know whose bones those are in the mud of Lake Freedom. Have to wait and see…)
James Doohan was a real Captain. He was an officer in the Royal Canadian Artillery and landed on Juno Beach on D-Day. Soon after he was shot a number of times and lost a finger from one hand. After recuperating he became pilot observer and the self-described worst pilot in the Canadian Army.
“Thrills! Spills! Action Packed! LOL! What a great Sunday of no story advancement!” -——————————————————————————————-Seems you are right ! Not a step forward**. . .* mindful in a way, of those *Locher** Sunday pages. Seems, only thing missing- is one of the (occasional) ’ paste up ’ panels?
This Sunday appears like a ’ tip of the Fedora ’ to ALL the strips ’ constituecies ’ ? Like . . .A) To minorities? - Hall of Fame and panel 4.B) To the Eastern Snowstorm and a death or 2 there? - panel 2.C) To the Couple and their ’ Different ’ Lifestyle ?-panel 3.D) A reminder that there is still an on-going story - Tracy, Patton? - Panel 5.E) Only thing missing, the new villain - Sweatbox, and that seems to be him coming in the car, with victim (Little Toad) in fore-frame? - Panel 6.
It does touch the memory button, Dicky did it every Sunday, (He said TMS wanted it that way ?) - - a sort of ’ recap ’ of the prior weeks events, ending with a one panel forward movement !
Could it be that somehow, somewhere lurking in the shadows may be Blackjack? As I recall he was released from prison not too long ago. He’s not too violent, but loves a good game of cat and mouse!
Good evening VB! While we may have missed the snow that hit up north, we’re not even halfway through February.
Chief: You better wait til you have real evidence like some match to the blood stain. Handwriting match. Physical evidence of the murderer. Links from the known crime. Tracey: You got a point there Chief otherwise its just a waste of time or to could lead a misjustice. These crimes are old already a little more to get it right is needed.

Ruh-roh. Run, Toad, run!
And is it my imagination or is George Tawara modeled on George Takei? And if you guys have already beaten that topic to death, apologies in advance.
