The ceremonial loss to Goshen which signals Milford’s failure at going to the playoffs. At this point, the Washington Generals could dominate the Valley Conference.
This story has taken a turn for the worse. It’s sad to see the team so down in the dumps and slumping. It would be awesome if they had something to inspire them, a symbol or supernatural presence to get their shooting to improve. Off the top of my head… maybe a mysterious dog that appears only to the team, or perhaps a strangely tame badger whom they could pet and feel strength. They could see it, and then start shooting better the next day. Milford would dominate the playdowns like no one’s business. What? Too soon?

“Playdowns? You’re talking about Playdowns?” Milford won’t escape the cellar this year, all thanks to Fowler’s reluctance to share his peacock.

Although I am impressed that he was able to launch a bowling ball that far in P2.

Well of course the ball won’t go in when there’s a lid on the basket. Didn’t they figure that out yesterday?

Goshen borrowed those hoops from the traveling carnival.

The peacock didn’t teach Fowler how to follow-through on his shot.
