Isn’t there a strip where Snoopy, as a pirate, calls for his trusty parrot and then you see Woodstock fly in and land sideways on his arm, leading Snoopy to remark along the lines of “I wish I had shoulders”? Or did I imagine the whole thing?

I have this strip in the same book where the birds flew lousy I don’t want to be a spoiler but tomorrow Sally gets the patch back and Snoopy says lower the skull and crossbones mates we’ve been scuttled I think
