Man: ...and I want to be able to argue on my show that Obama's stimulus created zero jobs! Austin: Okay, that could be tricky, sir. The Congressional Budget Office reported the stimulus created up to 3.3 million new jobs... when we customize data sets, we pride ourselves on plausibility. To be frank, I'm not loving our current product-- it may not hunt for you. Man: But it's only for Fox News. Austin: Oh, you should have said so, sir! I'll get it right off to you!

Not difficult- show that the government pulls money from the future- its multiplier is actually about one so it costs future jobs. Its part of downward spiral pulling America toward sustained guaranteed depression.

Itās working pretty well for them. They are both still unindicted, commanding vast and growing fortunes, still profiting from the chaos they unleashed. The rest of us, not so much.

And the fiction that the Congressional Budget Office puts out is more trustworthy than what the demoncrats spew? Please!

Iām beginning to feel that we should employ physicists as political commentators. The sum total affect of all that is going and not going on in D.C. has become so intertwined and convoluted, itās going to take minds that are comfortable with Quantum Mechanics and String Theory to make any sense out of this whole mess.

how is is that the government agencies one side quotes is correct, until the other side quotes them?

Donāt bother to look behind the curtain on the ā3.3 million new jobsā. It would just be disturbing and we donāt want real information to get in the way of sycophant propaganda.

Lets see $800 billion stimulus divided by 3.3 million equals $242,424 a person. Another great investment. Not to mention the actual net job creation the last four years is only about 125,000. There are still over 12 million people unemployed not counting those that have given up.

Well, you have all proven to me that being a Democrat means you have to demean anything you donāt believe in and your wish to maim, kill or at least jail all you do not agreee with you. You scare me to death, all of you. I worry about opening my mouth in public because someone might tak excepton to it and blow me away. Isnt that a happy picture for all of you who love being in debt to your eyeballs or giving everything to you supreme president.

What should scare everyone is that all sides are digging in their heels, no one is working together (including the President, Senate, and house) and weāre in deep Doo-Doo and sinking fast. Who cares who the biggest idiots are, letās fix it, and stop snipping.

When talking about jobs, itās well to remember the CEOs who are given millions in bonuses for taking the job, failing at the job, and leaving, tthe job, while the job they do is the creation of jobs in other countries where they donāt have to worry about whether the worker is receiving a living wage.

Omnibus, you have never been to a TEA Party meeting now have you! Your posts tells me you live for the lies from your side and could care less about the truth. Facts are not part of your world of fiction.
>>>>>>Several years ago I did attend a couple of tea party rallies here in the middle America just to see what the buzz was about. There were about 600 people at each rally. The people were predominantly couples many with children and covered all age groups. The most striking thing about the people was they were all pleasant, polite, well groomed with hair combed, shoes shined, clothes clean and pressed, no visible tattoos. From the press I sort of expected a bunch of bomb throwing crazies with tails. I thought these people would be great neighbors. The rally message was fiscal responsibility. So I do not understand the liberal press that seems to want to crucify these people for their beliefs. I would encourage people to attend a tea party event and make up your own mind.caligula about 12 years ago
Nope, run by CNN, used to be an independent department of Iraqi Intelligence preceding the first Gulf War when they managed to convince everyone that Iraq could still afford to build WMD.

Yeah, the Republican/Fox News resistance to truth and reality was fortunately reflected in their approach to the campaign: We canāt lose, weāre doing fine.

Sadly, the ever-flexible Barack Obama caved to the republicans and made a third of the stimulus into tax cuts. As we all know, no pubs voted for it, and it proved tax cuts are a failure at creating jobs.

During the period that Barack Obamaās budgets have been effect, there has been 0.97 percent job growth rate. The first 8 months of 2009 the country was still functioning under the last Bush budget. The country has added morethan 3,700,000 from September 2009 to September 2012.There were 1,152,000 fewer jobs in January 2012 than in 2009. Most of these jobs were lost from January 2009 to February 2010. There has been a slow but consistent job growth since early 2010. Bush 43 had the worst job growth record of any post-War President. There was negative job growth in his first term. In his second term, 1,108,000 jobs were added up to January 2009. If you include the time period that George Bush budget was in effect- upto September 2009- 4,506,000 jobs were lost in the second term.
