Come to think of it, what was Earl’s job before retirement? (Nelson’s great- and great-great-grandfathers’ job of course!)

Study hard, work hard, and someday you’ll work your way up to that job! You don’t get to start there, Nelson, but it’s ok to practice for it now and then.

You can’t have grandpa’s job Nelson until you’rehis age.

I think Grandpa’s been retired for life.

Hey, he worked 40 years at least to earn the privilege of the Lazy-Boy. He’s earned it.
