I agree, in the past year they have been rude, and disrespectful to their grandmother on more than one occasion. Time for granny to bring out the fly swatter and swat some bottoms.

Kids do need protection from abuse, but nature gave them padded buttocks with no organs or bones to be damaged so they could be disciplined (gently).
