As I understand it, GoComics decided to reprint Teresa’s work independently of Teresa herself. The fact that we can now see her cartoons does not mean that she is back, which may also explain the Frog Blog situation.

Regarding Ed Asner’s nose hair joke. Ugh. I fail to see the humor in that. I am no prude; but no longer watch Jay Leno, or and especially SNL. I am waiting for people to outgrow 12 year old boy humor. We all have body parts. We all have natural bodily functions. Get over it! True humor comes from looking at the world and making funny and Unique comments… like Jack Benny, Bill Cosby, Ellen DeGeneres, Whoopi, and Billy Crystal and etc. Even George Carlin and Richard Prior were more creative.

So, my apologies, but I am not really sure what is the real answer to these questions at the moment, so clarification would be greatly appreciated: 1) Are these current postings of Frog Applause comics NEW or are the RERUNS from the several years of archives? 2) Whether they are new or reruns…. are they being posted BY Theresa, meaning she is back or are they being brought to us by goComics without her input? And, finally, 3) Does anyone here know if the blog is actually invite only and active, or if it is invite only because Theresa is still MIA and not writing on it?

I’m glad that they found a use for a waste product (I did that constantly when in scouting). I still have some noodles in the garage from when grandkids were younger.

And I’m glad that my dreams are better than just noodles ;-D

I just read Bev’s correspondence from GoComics (I skipped coming yesterday because comments without the blog leave little to visit the comments for). But I second Bev’s Plea to Teresa to reinstate the Frog Blog. If she ever checks in, she would know that she has many loyal fans. Susan Sunshine is a good detective (found my identity and called me on phone when I was MIA), so maybe she could help us put together a plea to Teresa.

In the mean time I left a message at UClick’s ShoeCabbage (a great idea but difficult to find a years’ worth of subjects, I would think!)
