Coming Soon đ At the beginning of April, youâll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
Even though this is a new cartoon, the idea for a nosehair snow globe has been sitting in my idea file a while. Ed Asner was the original owner of those nosehairs, but Iâve changed my ways since then. In FA, the only celebs I want to promote are other cartoonists or other comic strip characters. I might make an occasional reference to someone on the outside (ie Steven Seagalâs cutoff ponytail stalking people), but for the most part⊠I want to celebrate the world of cartoons and their creators, not Hollywood or âbrangelinaâ.
Do not talk bad about brangelinaâŠ
âŠwho else(whom else?) can afford a celebrity nose hair globe.wndrwrthg is right on track..maybe Snuffy Smith, too. What about Lon/Dick Cheneny Jr.?
OooohâŠ.and I guess weâre lucky that weâre talking lucky ânoseâ hair snow globesâŠ.
âŠthey make them cheaply in the far east..you never know what kind of hairs you might really be gettingâŠ
Iâd imagine there is a Doozie nosehair, but I am really hoping you have one of Yennyâs. The little girl in the strip reminds me of a comic strip character from a 1950âs strip that I used to read when I was a kid; Brenda Worth or Apt. 3G. Teresa, did you model her after after a strip in comic heaven?
Can someone explain Frazz to me? Itâs about a school janitor who hangs out with the kids? I tell my children if the school janitor tries to talk to them, keep walking!
marguerite, dearest: You alone get to decide the seven nosehairs. Peruse the guesses by other readers, including your own, and create an answer key. Iâll back your decision 100%.
Iâm not sure I can handle this weighty responsibility but here goes:
Jerry from The Dinnette Set
Jerryâs Mom from The Dinette Set
Adam @ Home
The Spook, Wizard of Id
Snuffy Smith
Hagar the Horrible
Mona from Câest La Vie.
Their nose hairs are especially lucky, and make fine snow globes.

Nosehair snow globe? Itâll go great with my armpit magic 8-ball.
Shouldnt âsnowglobeâ be one word?

Teresa, whatâs the correct answer?

wndrwrthg says: Mark Slackmyer
Having watched âQueer Eye for the Straight Guyâ, I know that nose hair is never ever acceptable, so Mark would keep his well trimmed.
