All right. I’m getting a bit lost here – I don’t get it.

It can’t be the obvious. Justin is not one for double entendre. And the asterisk has no referent. So what is left???

I didn’t know we were going to have to wrestle so deeply in the metaphysics of Love. That Karma is such a sly interviewer!

She doesn’t love herself? How is that possible? Poor Venus :(

I like myself. I respect myself. But lately I’ve felt as though I’m been drifting apart.

What just happened?

Self love is Narcissism and can be taken to a destructive extreme. Remember the story of Narcissus in Greek mythology who fell in love with his own image reflected in a pool of water? He’s appeared here in Mythtickle before. I’m guessing Venus is remembering that now and wondering. She has nothing to be upset about though. It’s only bad if you love yourself and nothing else. She loves everything unconditionally.

But remember Our gods and heroes here are but children. Mother Nature must teach them.

Try a sitcom instead: “Karma and Greg.”

Wow. Venus is Hot!

(insert interpretation of ‘Hot’ here and giggle madly)

an old saying….remember that self love is only sex with someone you love…. maybe admitting that in public is what Venus is thinking about….
